My firm had their annual event at the hotel, we booked out the heart of kent suite and i also stayed the night. The event team on duty on the 26th April were brilliant (Kirsty was really helpful), the event went smoothly and all my staff had a great time. I stayed in one of the room and all was clean and well presented, had breakfast in the morning and was of a good quality. Thanks

Never stayed here before but I had a lovely time. The staff really went above and beyond which is service I've not experienced in a long time. They could not have been more accommodating, especially Alison and the night staff working on the 27th

Kent Horizons AGM

This is the second time we have used the facilities at the hotel for our AGM, we were looked after by Jo (Guest Service Manager) and the rest of the team. We had a three course meal and were offered plenty of choices which was pre-ordered. The food was very well presented and all the staff were very friendly in looking after us. Excellent experience all round.

We had a large event here on 13th April for Bearsted Cricket Club’s 275 anniversary. The evening was a great success, the staff lead by Jo were all brilliant and very professional and the planning side of things with Jade was also very straightforward. Highly recommend for a large event
